- Heat up oil in the pan and add cinnamon bay leaf and cardamoms in it.
- And ginger garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

- Now add chopped tomatoes and one tsp salt and cover the lid until it gets mushy.
- Few minutes later let the mixture gets cool remove the bay leaves and cinnamon from the mixture and make fine paste.
- Blanch the Cauliflower and heat 3 glasses of water in a pan.
- Now add 1 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp salt in the water and put Cauliflower in it.
- Boil the water until the cauliflower gets soft.
- Now in a pan heat up the oil and crackle jeera and mix all the dry masalas in it,mix them well.
- Now add the grinded paste in the masala mixture.
- Cook until the oil separates from the mixture and add whisked curd,fresh cream and half cup of water in it.
- Mix them well and after 6 to 7 minutes switch off the gas.
- Soak Saffron strands in the kewra water and mix it in the mixture of cauliflower.
- Now place the cauliflower in a bowl and pour the mixture on it.
